Can I make a change to my order?
Changes can be made at no charge up to 72 hours (3 Business Days) after an order has been placed. To make that change, please contact us.
What is the order cancellation policy?
All orders that are cancelled more than 3 business days (72 hours) after initial order placement will be subject to a manufacturing fee.
How do I change my shipping address?
You can change your shipping address by contacting us.
How will my jewelry ship?
All jewelry shipping to a residential or business address will be shipped via FedEx. All rings shipping to a PO Box or General Delivery will be shipped via the U.S. Postal Service (USPS).
Why do you charge tax online?
All orders are subject to state and city tax as required by law due to our Company's business presence in all 50 U.S. states based on your shipping address.
My order will not arrive in time for the Holiday. Do you have a certificate I can present?
Yes, please call customer service at 1-800-451-3304, ext. 401201 to request a gift certificate. This certificate can be given to the person waiting for their custom jewelry item to be made.

Herff Jones Product Warranty
All Herff Jones products are guaranteed to be free of defects in material and craftsmanship. Defective product must be returned within thirty (30) days of ship date for replacement or full credit. Does the Herff Jones Warranty cover loss or theft?
The Warranty does not cover the loss or theft.
What is the return policy?
Jewelry product returns must be made within thirty (30) days of the ship date for reasons unrelated to a quality defect or incorrect item. Returned products are subject to a restocking fee of 15% of order value, less shipping fees.
Custom-made products are not returnable. Customer is responsible for any postal or shipping charges incurred in returning the product to Herff Jones.
